Directions for Throat & Chest Syrup:
Adults: Take 2 teaspoons up to 3 times daily
Children 5-18: Take 1 teaspoon up to 3 times daily.
Children 2-4: Take ½ teaspoon mixed with some warm water up to 3 times daily
Quantity: 3.4 oz / 100 ml approximately 10 servings for adults, 20 for children age 5-18, 50 for children age 2-4
Ingredients: Medical Grade Manuka Honey, apple cider vinegar, olive leaf, elecampane root extract, Licorice root extract, Ginger root extract, black cherry flavor, ascorbic acids (vitamin C)
Diabetics: The Glycemic Index of Manuka honey is moderate (54-59) as tested in a single randomized study and it must be noted each individual in the study experienced difference in blood sugar response.
